Slimmer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) carton lo-cal cottage cheese
    1 small pkg. sugar-free jello (any flavor)
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed, drained, unsweetened pineapple
    1 (4 oz.) carton lo-cal whipped topping
Preparation
    Sprinkle dry jello over cottage cheese; mix well.
    Add pineapple and whipped topping; mix well.
    Place in refrigerator and chill 2 hours.
    Makes nine 1/2-cup servings (71 calories).
