Five Bean Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pork and beans
    1 can butter beans
    1 can kidney or pinto beans
    1 can barbecued baked beans
    1/2 lb. bacon, cut in 1-inch slices
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. minced onion (1 large)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. garlic
    2 tsp. minced or jar garlic (4 to 5 cloves)
    pinch of ginger
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (do not drain beans) in a 4-quart casserole.
    Put bacon slices across top.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Makes 20 servings.
