Dinner In A Pumpkin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium sized pumpkin (7-9 lb.)
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 -2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 can water chestnuts
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Clean out pumpkin.
    In large skillet saute onion in oil until tender.
    Crumble meat and brown.
    Drain drippings.
    Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, mushrooms, broth and soup, bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add cooked rice and water chestnuts.
    Spoon into pumpkin shell.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until pumpkin is soft.
