Mexican Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. green taco sauce or green enchilada sauce
    3 eggs
    green chiles (hot, mild, spicy, whatever), drain juice
    1 can black olives (small or large), pitted and then sliced or diced
    bricks of cream cheese
    sour cream*
    chives (tops of green onions), chopped finely
    large flour tortillas
Preparation
    *When making a lot, use a 16 ounce size.
