Noodle Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broad noodles
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 large can pineapple, crushed
    3 Tbsp. cottage cheese
    cinnamon
    brown sugar
    corn flakes
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Boil noodles about 6 minutes; set aside.
    Mix well in blender 3 eggs, salt, 1 pint sour cream and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder.
    Melt 1/4 pound butter (margarine) in baking dish.
    After draining noodles, put them back in pan and pour in egg mixture.
    Mix well. Add one large can crushed pineapple with juice and about 3 tablespoons cottage cheese.
    Mix and pour into baking dish.
    (If you like, you may add raisins.)
    Mix some cinnamon and brown sugar together and sprinkle over top.
    Also crush some corn flakes and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with your meal.
