Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice, cooked
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 eggs, hard-cooked and sliced
    crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix all ingredients together and top with the crushed potato chips.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 10 to 12.
