Khrustiki (Bow Ties) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pt. sour cream
2 c. flour
4 egg yolks
1 small jig of brandy or rum
powdered sugar
Preparation

Use same method as in making noodles, a bit on the soft side. Knead dough and work smooth.
Roll out very thin and cut with wheel cutter into 2 x 3-inch oblong strips.
Make slit in center and twist ends through slit and out back.
Drop in deep, hot fat and fry until light brown.
Drain on paper towel.
Dust with powdered sugar.
