El Dorado - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag corn chips (medium size)
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    2 cans tomato sauce (small)
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. sliced olives
    1 can Ortega chilies, diced
Preparation
    In oiled casserole, place layer of chips.
    Mix next four ingredients.
    Layer meat mixture on chips.
    Mix next four ingredients together.
    Layer cottage cheese mix.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
