Angels Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. water
2 pkg. plain gelatin
pinch of salt
1 pt. whip cream or Dream Whip
1 angel food cake
1 jar maraschino cherries
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Scald milk and salt.
Separate eggs.
Beat yolks with sugar and add milk; bring to boil.
Add the gelatin which has been dissolved in cold water.
Let mixture cool until slightly thickened, then add beaten egg whites.
When mixture begins to set, add whipped cream.
Cut off brown crust of angel food cake. Break cake into walnut size pieces.
Make layers of cake in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Next put cherries, nuts and gelatin mixture. Sprinkle top with coconut and cherries.
