Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. milk
1 chicken bouillon cube
3/4 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Saute onion in butter. Add cheese and milk; stir until blended and melted. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Add to cheese mixture. Stir in broccoli and lemon juice. Heat through.
