Marinated Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. onion salt
    2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    2 tsp. celery salt
    4 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Rub seasoning on brisket of about 3 to 4 pounds.
    Make sure to rub both sides.
    Place brisket in foil-lined pan and pour in sauce mixture.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in oven at 250\u00b0 for 6 to 7 hours.
    Place pan of water underneath while cooking.
    Drippings make good gravy.
