Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/4 c. sliced celery
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown chops in Wesson oil, remove and set aside.
    Add onion and celery and cook lightly.
    Drain oil and stir in remaining ingredients.
    Replace chops and bring to a boil. Cover, lower heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
