Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. tender beef
3 green peppers
4 Tbsp. soy sauce or more
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 onions
3 stalks celery
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Marinate cut up steak for 1/2 hour in soy sauce and cornstarch.
Cut green peppers and onions.
Stir-fry in oil over high heat for about 1 minute, then add beef.
Add sugar and salt. Serve over rice.
