Company Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. flour (wheat or white)
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. oleo
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together and place 2/3 of mixture in bottom of 7 x 11-inch pan; place remaining mixture in pie pan.
    Bake together at 425\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Mix 1 package of vanilla pudding and layer on top of crumb mixture in the following order:
    thin layer of applesauce, layer of sliced bananas or peaches, then layer pudding and remaining crumb mixture on top.
    Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
