Italian Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 plum tomatoes, diced
    2 green onion tops, diced
    6 basil leaves, sliced into thin strips
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 to 3/4 c. olive oil
    fresh grated Romano cheese
    1 loaf bruschetta bread or thin sliced Italian bread, toasted
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Toss gently.
    Serve over toasted bread.
    Sprinkle with grated Romano cheese.
    Serves 8.
