Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can Spanish rice
    1 can Ranch Style beans
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 pkg. taco flavored chips
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Add next 4 ingredients, stirring until onion and bell pepper are tender.
    Add next 3 ingredients; stir until bubbly.
    Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch casserole. Sprinkle crumbled chips on top.
    Stir to moisten chips.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven, uncovered, for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
