Chicken Pie Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. stuffing mix
1/2 to 3/4 c. melted butter
2 c. cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
3 c. chicken, boned, cooked and cut up
1 1/2 c. frozen peas (1 small pkg.)
2 Tbsp. minced onion, dehydrated
1 small jar pimento, diced
Preparation

Mix stuffing mix and melted butter.
Press 1/2 mixture in the bottom of casserole and save 1/2 to sprinkle over top.
Layer ingredients in casserole.
Top with remaining stuffing mixture. If casserole seems too dry, extra milk can be added.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
