Frikadeller(Danish Meatballs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground veal
    3 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. flour plus 1/3 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    2 to 4 Tbsp. milk
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Combine beef and veal; add potatoes and onion.
    Add 1 1/2 cups flour and mix well.
    Add egg, milk, salt and pepper and stir until well blended.
    Shape into 30 balls using about 2 tablespoons of mixture for each ball.
    Roll balls in remaining 1/3 cup flour. Fry in hot oil until brown.
    Drain well.
    Serve with stewed potatoes.
