Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
6 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
5 c. milk
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. margarine
16 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
16 oz. elbow noodles
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt 1/4 cup margarine.
Take off heat.
Mix in flour, mustard and salt.
Put back on low heat.
Mix in milk.
Stir continually until it thickens.
Add in sharp Cheddar cheese.
Take off heat after cheese melts.
Cook elbows as directed on box.
Drain and pour into a 9 x 13 pan.
Add cream sauce.
Melt other 1/4 cup margarine and combine with bread crumbs.
Shred mild cheese and sprinkle on top.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
