Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream cheese and margarine.
Add dry ingredients; mix well. Pack into cookie press.
Press onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Transfer to wire racks to cool (or you can serve warm).
