Fresh Apple-Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped, peeled and cored apples
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix
all
dry
ingredients including apples and pecans. Mix all liquids together (Wesson oil, eggs and vanilla).
Pour over dry ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Grease and flour large baking pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
