Hot Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 raw boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 large ripe tomato, cut into chunks
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 bunch green onions
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 tsp. Accent
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 c. shredded lettuce
Preparation
    Roll chicken pieces in cornstarch.
    Heat oil in frypan or wok over high heat. Add chicken quickly to brown. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
    Add tomato, mushrooms, onions and celery. Stir. Sprinkle with Accent.
    Add soy sauce. Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 5 minutes.
    Put over lettuce and rice.
