Green Chile Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) can diced California green chiles (mild, medium or hot)
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Add chilies, sour cream and onion to cream cheese and beat with mixer until well blended.
(If necessary, add milk or half and half to get correct dipping consistency.)
Cover and refrigerate for several hours to blend flavors.
Serve with crisp tortilla chips.
