Macon'S Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
3 garlic cloves, crushed
3/4 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together with whisk.
Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
Especially good over green salad.
