Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    In large bowl, cut shortening into flour and salt with pastry cutter.
    Mixture should look like corn meal.
    Add just enough water to form a ball.
    Roll onto floured surface to desired shape. Place into pie pan.
    Makes double crust for 8 or 9-inch pie.
