Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter; add brown sugar.
Cook on low heat for 2 minutes. Add milk and stir until it boils.
Remove from heat; add confectioners sugar and vanilla.
Pour on cake while still hot. Goes really well with Duncan Hines spice cake.
