Crisp Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. stew beef
4 c. tomato juice
2 c. beef bouillon
4 Tbsp. Cheddar cheese
1 large onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn
Preparation

Cook beef; drain and save bouillon.
In large pan, combine beef, tomato juice, beef bouillon, onion, celery and corn.
Season to taste.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes.
Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with cheese.
