Betty'S Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen or 2 bunches fresh broccoli, cooked
salt and pepper
4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry (optional)
1 1/2 c. sharp processed cheese, shredded with pimento strips (optional)
Preparation

Arrange broccoli stalks in greased baking dish.
Place chicken on top.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
