Fruit Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    sliced and peeled peaches or apples (about 5 or 6)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients like crumbs, then add milk.
    Beat together.
    Pour batter over sliced fruit, which was placed in a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle the 1/2 cup sugar over batter.
    Pour boiling water over all.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown and cake tests done.
