Sour Cream Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. frozen coconut
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 box yellow cake mix
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients and chill overnight.
    Bake cake as directed and cut layers in half.
    Cover with icing.
    Keep cool.
