Company Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 carrots, julienned
1/4 c. cooking liquid
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. horseradish
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. fine breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Boil carrots in salted water until done.
Drain, reserving 1/4 cup liquid to mix with next 3 ingredients.
Melt margarine and stir in crumbs.
