Green Chile Pork And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless pork roast
    1 bag pinto beans
    1 medium can diced green chiles
    2 medium onions
    1/2 lb. bacon
    salt and pepper
    bacon fat and vegetable oil
    water
Preparation
    Brown pork roast in combination of bacon fat and oil in Dutch oven.
    Add 1 onion, chunked, and brown this, too.
    Salt and pepper entire roast and cover partially with water.
    Cover with lid and cook until meat is tender.
