Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) fresh grated coconut
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 can Pet milk
1/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1/3 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
2 pie shells
Preparation

Mix coconut, milk and water together.
Let stay in refrigerator overnight.
Next day, mix all ingredients together, pour into 2 pie crusts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
