Marian'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. granulated sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1 small box Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oil and eggs together.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
    Stir in pineapple, nuts, carrots and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 50 minutes.
