Raspberry Pie(Won Best Pie Award Crievewood Baptist, 1977) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham pie crust (large)
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry flavor gelatin
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen raspberries
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. confectioners sugar
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
    2 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
    Add frozen berries and lemon juice; stir until berries thaw.
    Chill until partially set.
    Blend cheese, confectioners sugar, vanilla and salt. Fold whipped cream, sweetened with 2 tablespoons sugar, into cheese mixture.
