Chantilly Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. diced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw hash browns for 30 minutes.
    Mix ingredients and put in 9 x 13-inch greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
