Hot Beef Dip - cooking recipe

1/3 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef, chopped
Preparation

Toast 1/3 cup chopped pecans in 1 1/2 tablespoons butter.
Set aside for topping.
