Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. pork sausage (1 lb.)
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. red bell pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. light cream
Preparation

Cook sausage until done.
Crumble and drain; prepare 9-inch pie shell.
Mix cheese and sausage.
Sprinkle in shell.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Add to egg mixture.
Pour in shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 or 45 minutes.
Cool on rack 10 minutes.
Yield:
6 or 8 servings.
