Piquant Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. scallops
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Separate scallops and sprinkle with salt.
Roll in bread crumbs.
Arrange scallops in greased scallop shells or in a shallow greased baking dish.
Melt butter and add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour sauce over scallops.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
