Pecan Crispies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat the egg white with salt until very stiff.
    Gradually add brown sugar and vanilla while still beating.
    Fold in chopped pecans.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a buttered and floured cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 8 to 12 minutes.
    Cookies should be a light brown.
