Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. milk
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
mashed fruit of your choice (I use peaches)
Preparation

Cook all ingredients, except the fruit, over medium high heat, stirring constantly until mixture will coat a wooden spoon.
Fill canister to mark and cool.
When cooled, put canister in ice cream churn.
Add ice and rock salt; churn until churn is hard to turn or, if electric, when it slows down.
When mixture gets firm, add fruit. Drain some of the water out of the churn.
Put plastic over ice cream; pack ice over the canister.
Let set for several hours to \"cure.\"
