Golden Angel Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. finely chopped apricots
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. whipped cream
1 (10 x 4 x 3-inch) angel food loaf cake
Preparation

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Heat apricots and blend into gelatin.
Add lemon juice, powdered sugar and salt.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
Whip until frothy.
Fold in whipped cream.
Split angel food loaf into 2 or 3 layers.
Fill between layers and frost.
Chill several hours.
