Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
1 to 2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 c. crab meat
butter (varies to liking)
milk (varies to liking)
Preparation

Peel and dice potatoes.
Boil until barely soft; drain.
Set aside (mashed).
Saute celery and onion in butter until barely soft.
Add celery and onion to potatoes.
Add crab meat and seasoning (seasoning will vary according to taste).
Form into cakes and place on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Place under broiler for 1 minute to brown before serving.
