Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. rich chicken broth
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Melt the first butter in a heavy 2-quart saucepan. Blend in the flour, salt and pepper, stirring until well mixed.
    Remove from heat. Add chicken broth and milk.
    In a separate pan, melt second butter and saute the chopped mushrooms.
    Season with onion salt. Add to the milk mixture.
    Simmer about 10 minutes on low heat until all flavors are blended. Stir constantly. Serve hot. Serves 6.
