Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh corn kernels
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Cook corn in salted water; drain off liquid.
    Reserve 1 cup liquid.
    Add butter in saucepan; add flour and cook.
    Stir rapidly until smooth and rolls away from sides of pan.
    Remove from heat. Add eggs, 1 at a time, and really stir.
    Add corn.
    Drop batter by spoonfuls into hot oil; cook until golden brown and puffy. Drain on paper towels.
