Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sweet potatoes
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Peel,
    cook
    and
    mash\tpotatoes until creamy.\tStir in butter, sugar
    and eggs, one at a time.
    Add nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and milk.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0, reduce
    to
    325\u00b0 and bake 30 to 45 minutes longer, or until a
    knife
    inserted\tin the middle comes out clean.\tThis makes 3 (8 1/2 to 9-inch) pies.
