Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced raw potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Slice potatoes; saute with butter and onion.
    Blend in flour; cook and stir milk in slowly.
    Add salt.
    Cook sauce until smooth. Put potatoes and sauce in greased casserole in alternate layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Cover first half hour.
