Pineapple-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (15 1/2 oz.) chunk pineapple (drain and save juice)
    2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    1 cup sugar
    6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter
    1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
    Spread pineapple in bottom of 9x13 casserole dish.
    Combine sugar, juice, and flour in small saucepan.
    Bring to boil and stir 5 minutes.
    Pour over pineapple.
    Top with cheese.
    Melt butter and mix with crumbled Ritz crackers.
    Sprinkle over pineapple.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 25 minutes.
