Almond Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. almonds, toasted
    1 1/4 c. 10x powdered sugar
    1 egg white
    1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. salt (heaping 1/8 or scant 1/4 tsp.)
Preparation
    Grind almonds that have been toasted at 200\u00b0 (about 10 minutes).
    Add remaining ingredients, mixing to a stiff paste. Form into 1/2-inch diameter balls.
    Put on cookie sheet on foil or in cookie tin.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate overnight.
