Strawberry Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small boxes strawberry Jell-O
    2 boxes frozen sliced strawberries
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 chopped bananas
    1 c. frozen blueberries (optional)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
    Thaw strawberries partially and add strawberries, bananas, pineapple, blueberries and lemon juice to Jell-O.
    Place 1/2 of mixture in bottom of large casserole. Congeal quickly in freezer about 30 minutes.
    Spread the cup of sour cream over congealed mixture.
    Add remaining gelatin and chill until firm.
